ABOUT
The Review. Reframe. Redesign. Method™
A practical, transformational coaching method for helping people understand where they are, shift what is holding them back and create meaningful change.
The Review. Reframe. Redesign. Method™ is a structured coaching approach designed to help coaches guide their clients through deeper self-awareness, mindset shifts and practical life change.
It brings together the three stages that sit at the heart of lasting transformation:
Review where you are now.
Reframe the beliefs, patterns and stories that may be keeping you stuck.
Redesign the way you want to live, think and move forward.
This is not about giving clients more advice, telling them what they should do or trying to “fix” them.
It is about helping them understand themselves more clearly, reconnect with what matters and take realistic, meaningful steps towards a life that feels more aligned.
WHY
Why I Created This Method
Over more than ten years of coaching individuals and groups, I have seen the same themes come up again and again.
People often know that something needs to change, but they do not always know where to begin. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or unsure of what they want next. They may also be carrying old beliefs, habits or expectations that no longer fit the life they want to create.
Over the years, I have also been approached by coaches who have completed their training but still feel unsure about what to actually do once they are sitting in front of a client.
They have learned how to ask open questions and how to structure a one-to-one session, but they do not always have a clear method to follow. Many also feel less confident when it comes to coaching groups, knowing how to guide a room or creating a meaningful journey that works for several people at once.
I created the Review. Reframe. Redesign. Method™ to bridge that gap.
It gives coaches a clear, practical and flexible framework they can use to guide both individuals and groups through greater self-awareness, mindset shifts and meaningful change.
It provides enough structure to give the coaching direction, while still allowing each conversation to remain led by the people in the room.

Yes. One of the reasons I created this method is because many coaches are taught how to structure a one-to-one session, but feel less confident when it comes to coaching groups.
The Review. Reframe. Redesign. Method™ has been designed to offer enough structure to guide individuals or groups through a meaningful process, while still allowing space for people to reflect, share and make the work personal to them.
